As the leaves begin changing and the apples start ripening, I’m looking for a drink that embraces all the fall flavors. And this is Fall Sangria, the perfect drink for fall get-togethers or just for your cozy evening on the couch.
Packed with seasonal fruits like apples, pears, and oranges, and spiced with cinnamon, this sangria brings together the warmth of fall in every sip. Whether hosting a cozy gathering or simply enjoying a weekend treat, this easy-to-make Fall Sangria is a festive, crowd-pleasing beverage perfect for any fall occasion. Usually, Sangria is made with red wine (hence the name “Sangre,” which means blood), but for this easy Fall Sangria recipe, we will use white wine to better complement the other flavors we will add.

Fall Sangria Recipe – Ingredients:
1 bottle of white wine (Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc, or Albariño)
2 cups spiced apple cider (I love the Spiced Apple Cider from Trader Joe’s)
1 apple, thinly sliced
1 pear, thinly sliced
1 orange, thinly sliced
4-5 cinnamon sticks
1-2 tablespoons maple syrup (only if you prefer it sweeter)
Ice, for serving

Fall Sangria Recipe – Instructions:
- In a large pitcher, combine the white wine and the apple cider. Add the maple syrup, too, if you’re using it.
- Add the sliced fruits and the cinnamon sticks.
- Stir and refrigerate the sangria for at least 1-2 hours (or up to 24 hours) to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Serve over ice, and don’t forget to add fruits and a cinnamon stick to each glass.
